Crewe Table Tennis League delivered an action-packed evening at its annual Crewe Championships Finals Night at the Bob Hope Academy in Nantwich.
More than 40 spectators watched a packed schedule of finals, cheering on players across a wide range of age groups and categories.
Members of Crewe Central Table Tennis Club in Nantwich helped smash a nationwide target as players across England came together to celebrate a major milestone in the sport.
The club took part in Britain’s Greatest Rally, a coordinated challenge organised by Table Tennis England, which aimed to collectively achieve 100,000 table tennis rallies in a single day.

The Bob Hope Table Tennis Academy based in Nantwich has officially opened.
The opening was part of an all day table tennis festival held at the club’s purpose built facility on London Road at the Elim Church site.
A project to set up and launch a table tennis centre for all in Nantwich has moved a step closer after securing funding from Cheshire East Council.
A facility at Elim Church on Regents Park, off London Road, is being repurposed and will be named the Bob Hope Centre.
