Police arrested one person during their temporary “stop and search” powers in Nantwich – and have vowed to step up patrols in the town.
It comes after several reports that a gang of young males dressed all in black have been making threats to residents.
Three men and a teenager have been arrested by police in two separate drugs raids at properties in Crewe, Cheshire Police said.
A 29-year-old man was arrested by officers and a quantity of illegal drugs seized in the latest raid on Billington Road, at around 12am yesterday (March 2).
Owners of firearms in Cheshire have surrendered a total of 35 weapons along with ammunition.
