Friends of Highfields School in Nantwich are staging their traditional summer fayre this weekend.
The PTA group for the school on Cumberland Avenue is hoping for more sunny weather as a busy barbecue is planned.
As well as burgers and sausages, there will be a bouncy castle and a giant inflatable slide.
There will be the tombola, a prize raffle, as well as fun and games galore, and this year sees the return of the coconut shy and welly wanging competitions.
All the fun takes place between 1pm and 4pm on Saturday (July 13), all monies raised go towards school funds which are used to subsidise school trips, buy outdoor play equipment and more.
Entry is free.
