The “Very Best in Stand Up” returns to Nantwich Civic Hall on Friday October 3 with four more hilarious comedy acts.
Promoters have lined up a fine array of talent after the success of the sell-out show in September.
Compere and host for the evening is Ray Peacock.
Peacock was the very first act on stage when the shows moved to Nantwich back in 2010.
Since then, what was one of the most popular comedy podcasts in the UK, The Peacock and Gamble Podcast has gone on to become the Radio 4 show “Peacock and Gamble’s Emergency Broadcast”.
Peacock has also been nominated for “Best Compere” at the prestigious Chortle Awards twice.
The first act of the night is Tudur Owen, a powerhouse Welsh comedian who has been performing since 1999.
With numerous writing credits to his CV, he regularly performs at large clubs around the UK.
Chester-based Danny McLoughlin makes the short journey to be the second act.
He started life as a comic seven years ago as a finalist in the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year awards.
A fast track up the comedy ladder followed and he has supported big names including Micky Flanagan and Sean Lock on tour.
Closing October’s show is a man returning to Nantwich Civic Hall, Paul Sinha (pictured).
Sinha left his job as a GP several years ago and quickly became one of the top comedians on the UK comedy circuit.
He is a familiar face to many due to regular appearances on ITV’s hit quiz show ‘The Chase’.
The show takes place on Friday October 3 and tickets are on sale now priced at £10.
Tickets can be bought direct from Nantwich Civic Hall Tourist Information Centre – in person or by calling them on 01270 628633.
The show starts at 8.15pm and doors open at 7.15pm.
Reservations are available to groups of six or more .
