A fine second-half performance saw Nantwich Town cruise to a 4-1 victory over visitors Whitby Town at the Weaver Stadium.
A double from Jamie Lawrie and further goals from Joe Mwasile and Nathan Cotterell moved the Dabbers into the top half of the Evo Stik Premier League table.
Whitby, who had started out in the top six, could not handle Nantwich’s attacking threat all game.
They took the lead on 23 minutes when Callum Saunders’ initial shot was blocked, before Lawrie stepped up and curled it past the outstretched hand of McHugh.
Both teams had chances to score before the break, with Will Jaaskelainen coming to the rescue on more than one occasion in the Nantwich nets.
Six minutes into the second half, the Dabbers went 2-0 ahead when Saunders’ cross into the box was deflected into the path of Lawrie who volleyed powerfully home.
Seven minutes later Whitby clawed their way back into the game with a penalty when Tymon was fouled in the box.
Mondal slotted the spot-kick it into the right-hand corner, sending Jaaskelainen the wrong way.
But Nantwich hit back, Cotterell smacking an effort off the post before Mwasile added a third on 71 minutes.
The winger’s weaving run saw him skip past several defenders before sliding a left-footed effort under the keeper.
Lawrie almost completed his hat-trick on 80 minutes, his curling free-kick brilliantly saved by McHugh.
But Nantwich put the game to bed on 88 minutes when full-back Cotterell cleverly chipped it from the left-hand side over McHugh and into the net.
