Nantwich Town have signed defender Josh Langley after impressing as a trialist in the Dabbers’ opening pre-season games.
Langley joins the club after spending most of last season with Southport, and then on loan at both Altrincham and Guiseley.
The centre-half also made more than 100 appearances for AFC Fylde and captained them to a few seasons in the National League system.
He on Player of the Season on the Lancashire coast during his spell at the Coasters.
Langley spent his youth career with Wigan Athletic, spending four seasons as a professional at the DW Stadium before moving to Fylde.
He played most of Nantwich’s games against Crewe Alexandra last weekend and again at home to Bury yesterday in the 1-1 draw at the Weaver Stadium.
A club spokesman said: “The club would like to warmly welcome Josh and wish him the best for the upcoming campaign.”
