Nantwich Town youth team secured a dramatic injury time victory over Ashton Athletic in the FA Youth Cup.
The young Dabbers won 6-5 after extra time in their Second Round Qualifying clash at the Weaver Stadium.
The incredible topsy-turvy match had finishde 5-5 after 90 minutes.
Nantwich Town led 3-2 at half-time with goals from Callum Parker, Rhys Evans and Henry Waterer.
The lead was exchanged in the second-half with goals from Callum Parker and Rhys Evans leaving the score 5-5 at the end of 90 minutes.
Josh Wrench scored a great header from a corner in the second period of extra-time, in-front of a crowd of 131, to make it 6-5 at the final whistle to take Nantwich Town into the next round.
The senior team are in FA Cup action tomorrow (October 5) when they welcome Morpeth Town to the Weaver in their third qualifying round clash, kick off 3pm.
Victory for the Dabbers would leave them just one win away from the First Round proper where they could face the likes of Sunderland, Ipswich, Coventry and other big names.
