Burglars broke into a jewellers shop in Nantwich and stole thousands of pounds worth of goods.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the break-in at Moody’s on Pillory Street, in the town centre.
Crooks broke in sometime between 11pm on January 30 and 6am on January 31, police said.
It’s believed the suspects then made off on bikes in the direction of Waterlode.
The first suspect is described as wearing dark clothing, a high visibility building site vest and work wear style gloves.
The second is described wearing all dark clothing with a dark coloured bicycle.
Det Con Jay Burns said: “We’re making a number of enquiries in the area including house to house and CCTV checks.
“We’re keen to speak to anyone who was passing by on the evening of 30 January and 6am on 31 January who may have dashcam that may help.”

Never thought I’d see the day anarchists came to Nantwich. Send them back where they came from.
well this is the third or fourth time it has happened, a great sadness for them.
I was under the impression that all valuable items are stored in a safe overnight
with the amount of cctv their days are numbered as criminals
They were wearing all black and probably covered their faces..so how will they get caught?
Terrible . I hope they get caught. We cant have this on our Town. Moodys is a Star of our Town. Everyone, please help and send a message ‘we dont have this here.’ !!
Well it has happened for the fourth time…so evidently it does happen to Moody’s in this town. It is a jewellery store selling very expensive products, you would’ve thought they’d invest in steel shutters and a better security system.
