Nantwich Town Ladies are looking for players to join their open age development team.
Training takes place every Tuesday (8-9:30pm) on the Applewood Arena artificial grass pitch at Nantwich Town FC on Waterlode.
Nantwich Town Ladies were promoted in their inaugural season, and for the 2021/22 season starting on September 5 they will be playing in the Cheshire Women’s & Youth Football League, Premier.
During the 2021/22 season, they are also making their debut in the Vitality Women’s FA Cup.
They will start their historic journey in the First Qualifying Round on Sunday September 12 away at Didsbury Ladies.
Chris Broad, manager Nantwich Town Ladies, said: “It’s been a great first year for the club and the recruitment over the season has meant we have enough to stride for two squads competing in the Cheshire leagues.
“The development team will compete in the Championship East, where the first team won promotion from last season.
“The team will be formed of players who were on the fringes of the first team, new players, and youngsters who were frustrated by Covid restrictions and a lack of fixtures last season.
“I look forward to seeing those players progress with their football.”
