Crewe and Nantwich Round Table has made a series of donations to good causes and charities in Audlem.
The money was raised during its Christmas Santa Float collection this year in the village.
And at a presentation night, they handed out more than £1,500 to six organisations that play a vital role in the village.
Cheques for £250 each were presented to:
– Audlem Cubs
– Audlem Youth Club
– Audlem Saints Football Team
– Audlem Indoor Bowling Group
– Audlem District Amenities Society
– AWEG Ecology Group.
A spokesman for Round Table said: “It is fantastic to give back to a community that is so welcoming and supportive of our Christmas Float.
“This can only be done with your help and kind donations at Christmas.”
