Churches Mansion, one of Nantwich’s most historic buildings, could be turned in to an exclusive fish restaurant under news plans.

London-based firm KSH Fisheries Ltd have submitted proposals to turn Churches Mansion on Hospital Street into a “speciality fish restaurant” with a bar.

Talented local artist Christian Turner has produced a series of stunning new oil paintings of Nantwich.

His new works are of a Battle of Nantwich re-enactment, Churches Mansion, Nantwich Aqueduct carrying the Shropshire Union Canal over Chester Road, Pillory Street, St Mary’s Church, Sweetbriar Hall on Hospital Street, The Bowling Green, and Welsh Row.
