And this year has been harder work than ever – with Santa’s float needing a major facelift!
Santa has unveiled his December calendar for visiting Nantwich, Crewe and surrounding villages this festive season.
The traditional Santa Float, organised by Crewe and Nantwich Round Table, starts its journey on December 1.
Volunteers of Crewe & Nantwich Round Table have been extra busy in the lead up to Christmas and have unveiled their annual Santa’s Float timetable.
They have pulled together a “Covid compliant” schedule for Santa to tour the streets and continue a tradition of more than 40 years.
Crewe Rotary will bring some festive cheer when they tour Wistaston, Crewe and Haslington with their traditional Santa Float.
The Float, cleaned and sporting extra music and lights, will see a few changes to meet with the Government Guidelines on Covid.

Now its members are appealing for charitable causes to come forward to benefit from the staggering £11,304.50p collected by the annual Santa Float tour of local streets.

Round Table members today confirmed it was a record figure and issued a massive thanks to all volunteers who helped.
