A former college apprentice has gained regional recognition after winning a high-profile award for his Nantwich firm.

James Leigh, a full time trainee estimator at Gilks Nantwich Ltd, scooped the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA) West Midlands Apprentice of the Year prize.
