The Government has delayed again a ruling on the controversial Muller Homes’ bid to build 1,100 homes on green fields in Stapeley, Nantwich.
A report from a public inquiry into Muller’s appeals was presented to the Secretary of State earlier this year.
A controversial planning decision which could open the gates for housing developers in Nantwich, is to be challenged in the courts. Cheshire East Council has announced it is to fight a decision by a planning inspector which ruled in April the authority does not have a 5-year supply of housing land.
