Nantwich Food and Drink Festival has unveiled plans for a Friday night feast of entertainment.
Organisers hope to create a party atmosphere in town with professional fire-eaters, stilt-walkers and jugglers providing entertainment.
Thousands of visitors enjoyed another fun-filled Nantwich Show, despite more bad luck with the weather. The rain failed to dampen the spirits of organisers, exhibitors, staff, visitors – and even the animals managed to find shelter!
Local firm CTC Physiotherapy are to join 50 other companies in this year’s Nantwich Show Town and Country marquee. CTC, which operates clinics in Crewe and Nantwich, is attending the show on July 31 for the 5th year running.
Organisers of the biggest annual events in Nantwich have called off the event because of the wet weather. Nantwich Show will not go ahead as planned on July 25 as Dorfold Park is waterlogged, with forecasts predicting more rain over the next 10 days.
