Nantwich Post Office is helping to make a ‘special delivery’ to families in need after becoming a collection centre for the town Food Bank.
The Pepper Street landmark has collection boxes out for donations of non-perishable food items as part of its continued drive to support the Nantwich community.

Plans to convert Wybunbury Post Office and General Store back into two houses have been refused despite the owners arguing the business has become unsustainable.
The current owners purchased the post office and general store in 2012.
Nantwich Post Office is set to be revamped and become one of the organisation’s ‘main style’ branches, it has emerged.
But the branch on Pepper Street in the town centre will have to close for more than two weeks while the work takes place.
Police have issued CCTV pictures of two men wanted in connection with a burglary in Nantwich. Detectives want to trace the men after a burglary at Wrenbury Post Office on January 9.
