Nantwich Rotary Club which has raised funds for local groups for almost 90 years may have to cut back on its events if it does not recruit new members.
The club, formed in 1934, says it needs more volunteers and people to help run its initiatives such as the Father Christmas sleigh.
A new informal South Cheshire Rotary Club has been launched in Nantwich for business people.
The inauguration ceremony of the club took place at Richmond Village in Nantwich and will meet there weekly at 7.30am each Wednesday for an hour.

Nantwich men are being urged to ditch the trousers and dress up in drag – to help Cheshire’s St Luke’s Hospice. The charity’s annual Dame for a Laugh event, Cheshire’s only men-only fancy dress drag walk, is taking place on September 22.
