A number of outlets in and around Nantwich have made the final shortlist in the The Taste Cheshire Food and Drink Awards 2023.
Organisers say they have received a record number of votes from the public, exceeding 59,000.
The shortlist for the Everybody Health and Leisure sports awards in 2023 has been announced.
And it includes Nantwich Triathlon Club founder Paul McIntyre and Crewe & Nantwich AC coach Dominic Bradley.
This year’s Taste Cheshire Food and Drink awards finalists have been shortlisted after more than 58,000 votes were cast.
The awards return for the first time since the Covid pandemic and after two difficult years for the hospitality industry.
Crewe has made a shortlist of six towns and cities in the UK in the race to be selected as the new headquarters of Great British Railways.
It was chosen with York, Bimringham, Derby, Doncaster and Newcastle-upon-Tyne out of 42 towns and cities that applied.
