Hundreds of Nantwich Town fans will make the trip for the much anticipated derby clash at table-toppers Chester on Monday.
And the Dabbers will want to follow their fine victory over Stafford Rangers with another big result in the Evo-Stik Premier League.
Nantwich defeated Chester 4-1 at the Weaver Stadium back in August.
But since then Chester have lost only once in the league in an impressive run that has seen them consolidate their position at the top of the table and confirm them as early season promotion favourites.
Dabbers manager Jimmy Quinn is in no doubt about the size of the task facing his men.
“They are obviously a very good side,” said Quinn.
“It’s interesting that while they have scored lots of goals, they aren’t reliant on one player.
“For example Matty McGinn is the top scorer with 10, but they also have Matty McNeil and Michael Powell weighing in heavily as well as others with four or five each.
“So we will need to be on our guard and make sure we are focussed.
“However we have shown we are capable of competing and beating anyone in this division and the lads are buzzing at the moment and looking forward to playing in front of a big crowd and showing what they can do.
“Obviously they will have a big support, but I am sure our supporters will relish and enjoy the occasion and play their part in getting behind the team as well and you can be certain we will be going there looking to get something out of the game.”
Quinn has a full squad to choose from as Daren Moss, Rod McDonald and Sean Cooke are all available following their one match suspension.
Brian Summerskill has returned to Altrincham following his two-month loan spell.
