Nantwich CC 1sts hope to close the gap on the leaders when they face Hyde CC in the Cheshire County Premier League.
Another stunning century by Louis Bentley helped Nantwich to a nine-wicket win over Neston last weekend.
That victory closed the gap on new leaders Macclesfield to just 34 points, and gives the Whitehouse Lane side an outside chance of a third successive title.
Neston were bowled out for 143, Andy Murphy 50, Luke Camden 31, with Ollie Griffiths taking 3-32, and Jimmy Warrington 3-41.
Then in reply Bentley hit an unbeaten 110 out of 144 for the second wicket with Jonny Kettle, 34 not out, in 26 overs.
It was his third successive century without being dismissed, and included 11 fours and six sixes.
Nantwich are now in fifth place, and victory in a tough encounter away at third placed Hyde tomorrow (August 18) would propel them right back into the title shake-up.
Leaders Macclesfield are at home to Alderley Edge, while second-placed Oxton travel to face Neston.
