The second Very Best in Stand Up show of the new season will be held at Nantwich Civic Hall next week.
And promoters have lined up another stellar group of comedians, with three making their debuts in South Cheshire.
Compere and host is up and coming Geordie comic Carl Hutchinson.
Fresh from supporting Chris Ramsey on his massive UK tour, Carl has won numerous new act competitions including the “Magners Pub Comedian of the Year” and “Beat The Frog World series”.
The first act of the evening is Gordon Southern, who has over 16 years under his belt as a pro.
Southern is one of the most sought after headline acts on the UK and international circuit.
In 2012, he spent his spring back in Australia at numerous comedy festivals, as well as performing his show in New Zealand where he picked up a “Best International Show” nomination.
Fresh from a run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, John Lynn is another well travelled act.
Described by the Sunday Times as “the fastest rising star of Irish comedy”, John has been lauded as the next Dave Allen.
His has played some of the world’s most renowned comedy festivals including the “Montreal Just For Laughs” festival and his native country’s “Kilkenny Cat Laughs Festival”.
The final act is Malawi-born Daliso Chaponda.
Fresh from recording his debut DVD at Manchester’s Lowry theatre, Daliso returns with what’s guaranteed to be a blistering end to the night.
He first played Nantwich nearly two years ago and was a massive hit.
