A second date to see comedian Jason Manford live at Crewe Lyceum has been added after his one-off show sold out.
Manford will be back to perform his “First World Problems” UK tour at the lyceum on June 25.
It follows the sell-out of his show on April 10 at the same venue.
Jason has had a busy time since he was last on the road with stand-up comedy.
His opera singing ability saw him emerge as the winner on ITV’s Born to Shine.
He then put his talent to work, joining Alfie Boe on tour and appearing in the acclaimed West End musical Sweeney Todd alongside Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton.
He has also enjoyed recent appearances on BBC2’s QI and Channel 4’s Big Fat Quiz of the Year and Comedy World Cup.
Jason said: “Some of you might think I’ve had a career change what with all the opera and musical theatre I’ve been doing lately!
“Not a chance, I’m excited to be getting back to what I really love the most – stand up!”
“If you were thinking about seeing Jason Manford live, don’t wait any longer,” marketing manager Gemma Whalley said.
“Jason’s tour has been incredibly popular and we advise you to book now and avoid disappointment for when it sells out again!”
