The Very Best In Stand Up returns to Nantwich Civic Hall this weekend with another star line-up.
Compere and host is Imran Yusuf, star of BBC’s The Imran Yusuf Show and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow.
His high energy performances coupled with heavyweight punchlines have made Yusuf one of the circuit’s big names and he makes his debut in Nantwich.
First act is Mickey Hutton – a seasoned pro who has headlined shows in Montreal, the Falklands, the Middle East, Hong Kong, Spain, Singapore, the Philippines, Beijing, Amsterdam, Switzerland, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Tokyo, Cyprus and was the first comic to perform in Shanghai.
Kiwi comic Sully O’Sullivan is next on the bill. He has plied his comedy trade in the UK for several years.
He started his career in 1998 and has picked up several awards in New Zealand and Australia.
Closing act is Dan Nightingale, who has been pretty quiet since his last Nantwich appearance.
He has appeared on ‘John Bishop’s Only Joking’, has gigged with Lee Evans, and enjoyed another critically-acclaimed Edinburgh show.
Nightingale has won awards for things like “Best Entertainer” and landing a columnist gig. He is regared as one of the country’s best headliners.
