Peckforton Castle near Nantwich is a finalist in the Large Hotel of the Year category of the prestigious VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2014.
The venue now goes forward to the glittering awards ceremony on May 12 at Cheltenham Racecourse.
It is the second year running the stunning castle near Bunbury has been named as a finalist.
Peckforton Castle will have to wait until the ceremony to find out which award they will receive.
All finalists are guaranteed to receive a gold, silver, bronze or highly commended.
