Nantwich family-run law firm Employment Law Solutions has become a limited company.
Bosses at the company say the move will help its next phase of expansion in terms of recruitment and client growth.
It was previously a Limited Liability Partnership under the name of ELS Legal.
Alf Murphy and Kevin Murphy, directors of the new firm, are employment lawyers who work with a range of clients from SMEs to PLCs across the North West and Midlands.
“We’re delighted our family run firm is now a limited company,” said Alf.
“We have grown our client base in the last 12 months and making the transition to a limited company signals the start of our expansion plans.
“Our success to date is due to the powerful combination of employing people who genuinely care about their clients and giving something back through our charity work.
“This inspires many business contacts and clients to recommend us.
“In fact, we have grown, by word of mouth recommendations, in a climate where many other solicitors are shutting up shop.”
Employment Law Solutions has also launched a new website alongside its reorganised company status and plans to recruit from outside the family soon.
“Employment law is complex and constantly changing, so it can be hard for employers to stay up to date – which is why we make it so easy for our clients to stay on the right side of the law.
“Clients can work with us on a fixed monthly basis enabling them to budget in advance and keep a tighter control over their legal spend while providing a faster and more effective service delivery.
“We also undertake investigations and chair meetings for disciplinary and grievance proceedings, and can help with employment tribunal representation.
“Our ultimate goal is to protect our clients’ companies.
“The clients we work closely with vary in size and industry, and span those in the care, property, insurance and manufacturing sectors among others.
“We view this reorganisation as positive and welcome all new opportunities it brings with it as we plan for the future.”
