Police are warning Shavington residents to be on guard after a spate of thefts in the village.
They say a number of incidents involving thefts from sheds, garages and vehicles took place overnight on September 28-29.
Lorraine Meggs, Police Community Support Officer for Crewe LPU, said: “Anyone with CCTV which may be able to assist police in this investigation are asked to contact Cheshire Police via 101 quoting IML816122
“Please be extra vigilant, check locks and security lights for example, may prevent from becoming the next victim.”
