Cyclists head for Crewe and Nantwich for KTG Cheshire Cat event

Thousands of cyclists will be descending on Crewe and Nantwich next week to take part in one of the UK’s most popular cycling events.

The KTG Cheshire Cat 2015, which takes place on Sunday March 29, will see riders heading off from Queen’s Park in Crewe on 105, 80 and 50-mile rides around Cheshire between 8am-10.30am.

More campaigners have expressed their relief that Muller Developments’ appeal for a 1,100-house “Nantwich South” development in Stapeley has been rejected.

Pat Cullen, of campaign group Protect Stapeley, has worked alongside Stapeley Parish councillors and residents to fight Muller’s plans for land between Peter de Stapleigh Way, Audlem Road and London Road.
