Elvis fans in Nantwich will be all shook up when one of the world’s top impersonators performs in the town. Chris Connor will be hot-footing it from the London Palladium, as seen on the BBC and ITV, to perform at the The Studio nightclub next month.
The Very Best In Stand Up returns to Nantwich Civic Hall this weekend with another star line-up. Compere and host is Imran Yusuf, star of BBC’s The Imran Yusuf Show and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow.

Plans are underway for the launch of Nantwich-based The Cat community radio to hit the FM airwaves. The station, based out of Frederick House on Beam Heath Way, was recently granted the first community licence for South Cheshire by Ofcom.

Nantwich Choral Society is to stage its spring concert in the Civic Hall on March 23. The concert will feature tenor Peter Kirk and the Northern Concordia Orchestra.
Nantwich Museum will host a “drop-in day” for visitors to help promote the forthcoming First World War exhibition. The Pillory Street venue is keen to get more members of the public involved in helping put the exhibition together.
