Nantwich Museum will stage a series of walks and talks to complement its “Nantwich Besieged” exhibition which opens on July 21.
The exhibition will examine life in the town during the English Civil War.
Nantwich Town Council is to run new outdoor table top sales each week.
The sales will take place every Tuesday morning throughout the summer on the car park at the side of Nantwich Market.
Piano prodigy Leo Bailey-Yang will launch a new series of concerts at St Mary’s Church in Nantwich.
The lunchtime concerts will restart on Thursday July 21 at 12.30pm with eight-year-old Leo, who appeared on last year’s ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ TV show.
An animal-themed “bake off” will be one of the highlights at the RSPCA Stapeley centre’s summer fair next month.

These include a tea party for the town’s 90-year-olds, a free evening concert in St Mary’s Church including fireworks, and the lighting of the town’s jubilee beacon in the square.

Hundreds lined Nantwich town centre’s streets to watch the eighth annual Weaver Wander.
The event, organised by the Rotary Club of Crewe & Nantwich Weaver, attracted a record 140 classic & sports cars.
Richmond Village Nantwich opened its doors to local clubs and societies who joined residents and guests in finding out just what “Life in Nantwich” is like.
As well as the Village’s own Bowls and Amenities Clubs, local groups who attended included the Crewe Senior Forum and South Cheshire Model Engineering Society.
The inaugural Steampunk festival takes place in Crewe this weekend, which organisers say will help boost the local economy.
Free events, visiting attractions and exhibitions will be staged across the weekend, with shows at the Crosville Club and Lyceum Theatre during the evenings.
