Hundreds of 60s music lovers packed Nantwich Civic Hall for an evening of “Meet with the Beatles”
The charity fundraiser was held in aid of Hope house, North West Ambulance First Responders and Nantwich Fire Cadets.
‘The Very Best In Stand Up’ returns to Nantwich Civic Hall on April 5 with another top bill of comedy.
The first act of the evening is Marlon Davis.
A “Spring in your step” exhibition displaying the talents of Shires’ Artists has opened in Nantwich Museum.
The artists have used their interpretation of Spring in the exhibition which is housed in the Millennium Gallery of the Pillory Street venue.
Free “Residents’ Festival” tickets for local attractions such as Crewe Lyceum, Hack Secret Bunker, Nantwich Museum and Reaseheath College’s mini zoo have been released online.
Hundreds more free tickets are available to download for the festival, taking place between Saturday March 30 and Sunday April 7.
A talk called “A Bit of a Journey” by award-winning landscape photographer and author Mark Gilligan will be hosted by Nantwich Camera Club.
The talk takes place at a special event at 7.30pm on Tuesday March 26 at the club’s meeting room on Regents Park, London Road, Nantwich.
Two popular productions – Mindgame and The Picture of Dorian Gray – are coming to Crewe Lyceum Theatre.
Mindgame by Anthony Horowitz has been extended to cover a further eight venues on its tour, including South Cheshire.

The Royal School of Church Music’s “Come and Sing Faure’s Requiem” annual event takes place in Nantwich this weekend.
It will be held on Saturday March 23 with a rehearsal at 2.45pm and performance at 6.30pm at St Mary’s Church.

The British Hen Welfare Trust’s (BHWT) Cheshire team is on a roll – with a third re-homing event set to take place in Nantwich.
It follows on from two very successful events in January and February where the team helped more than 700 hens find pet homes.

The Donna Louise Hospice is to open a new charity fundraising store in Crewe on Thursday March 14.
The shop, at 22a Market Street, will be officially opened at 10am by Milo Dempsey, one of the children supported by The Donna Louise.
