Keen photographer Jonathan White has clocked up 12 years of community reporting in and around his village of Wistaston.
Jonathan, who works full-time at Cheshire College – South & West, began submitting articles to the local media back in 2006.
Employers, staff and industry professionals attended the launch of Cheshire College – South & West’s risual Microsoft Academy.
The initiative will provide Microsoft accredited digital training for learners and local employers to equip them with skills and knowledge for the workplace.
More than 100 young people took part in a heart screening day at Cheshire College – South & West.
The screening was organised by Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), and saw 104 people in total screened to spot potentially life-threatening cardiac abnormalities.
‘Cheshire College – South and West’ has been announced as the new name for South Cheshire College/West Cheshire College.
The college, which has campuses in Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester, has unveiled a new brand identity to its students and staff.
