A new farm shop selling locally grown and produced food has been opened at Reaseheath College in Nantwich. The shop was unveiled by award-winning Master Chef Brian Mellor during the Nantwich college’s Family Festival.
A record 2,500 visitors flocked to Reaseheath College in Nantwich to enjoy the lambing and zoo weekend. Excited youngsters like Francesca Forbes, Katy Wakeman, Cameron Forbes (pictured) were among hundreds keen to experience the live lambing event.
A fire which destroyed seven tonnes of hay in a field in Nantwich could have been started deliberately. Crews from Nantwich were called to a report of hay bales on fire at Fields Farm, close to the railway line off Queen’s Drive.
