Nantwich youngsters were rewarded for their creative side after impressing in a local art competition. Children from schools across the town entered the competition run by Nantwich Museum, on Pillory Street.
Nantwich primary schools are celebrating sporting success after winning through to the final of the Sportshall Athletics Competition. Teams of year 5 and 6 pupils from Crewe and Nantwich schools battled it out in a series of heats.
South Cheshire’s RedShift Radio will be on air from November 21 for its second 28-day broadcast of the year. The station, on 87.7FM, will run until December 19 focusing on communities of Crewe, Nantwich and surrounding villages.
