Muller Property submits plan for 127 homes on Audlem farm land

Plans have been submitted for 127 homes, including 39 affordable, in Audlem.

Muller Property Group has applied for outline permission for the homes, together with access, on 9.3 hectares of undeveloped farming and grazing land on the south-western edge of the village.

Cheshire East calls on Government to reduce housing target for borough

Cheshire East councillors are calling on the government to reduce its housing target saying the borough needs “plan-led development, not developer-led planning”.

The target has soared by more than 150% from 997 dwellings per annum to 2,471, following changes brought in by the Labour government.
