South Cheshire family-owned car dealer group Swansway Motor Group is to open a new all-electric car dealership in Crewe.
Partnering with Chinese car manufacturer BYD, Swansway will open the new BYD Crewe dealership on May 1 on Beswick Drive.
South Cheshire firm Swansway Motor Group has donated £6,675 to Circus Starr, which provides entertainment for children with disabilities.
It takes the amount donated by the company over the past seven years to more than £100,000.
Businessman and Nantwich Town fan David Smyth is tackling the 192-mile Coast to Coast walk in aid of Crewe and Nantwich Cancer Research branch.
David, joined by his two friends, is setting out from St Bees in Cumbria and walk through three national parks of the Lake District, Pennines, and North York Moors, before finishing in Robin Hood’s Bay in North Yorkshire.

Nantwich Town have signed former Crewe Alex midfielder Joe Robbins.
Robbins began his career at Crewe and made his first team debut in October 2021 in the EFL Trophy against Wolves where he scored in a 3-0 victory.
