A Nantwich initiative supporting men’s wellbeing has marked its first anniversary.
The ‘Men Walking and Talking’ group was launched in December 2024 with the aim of helping men boost mental and physical health through friendly chats and gentle exercise.

The next “Men Walking and Talking” group walk will take place this Wednesday New Year’s Day at 2pm, starting at the Nantwich War Memorial.
