It was a privilege to be at the first performance taking place in the new Studio space at The Crewe Lyceum.

The Lyceum Studio has been created from one of the rehearsal rooms in the theatre and has been designed to bring new writing and contemporary theatre to Crewe.

The Dabbers were behind after just four minutes when Luke Lofts wrong footed goalkeeper Will Jaaskelainen and find the bottom left corner.

Six baby hamsters are recovering in RSPCA care in Nantwich after they were found dumped in a box on a bench in Crewe.

Council workers found the Syrian hamsters in the discarded box in Queens Park on Tuesday (February 12), and took them to the RSPCA’s Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre on London Road.
