quiz - charity quiz at nantwich civic

Mayor of Nantwich Cllr David Marren is calling on brainboxes to test their knowledge at his big charity quiz.

Teams of up to six are invited to take part on Friday March 22 at Nantwich Civic Hall.

And the competitive fun will help raise funds for the Mayor’s Charities – Hope House, North West Ambulance, Nantwich First Responders, and Nantwich Fire Cadets.

Cllr Marren said: “Quizzes are a fun way of testing your knowledge and pitting your team against others to raise money.

“And for just £10 per person you’ll get a fish and chip supper, as well as an entertaining evening.

“Best of all, it is all for charities who do such vital work in our community.

“Swatting up is not required, it’s not that serious!”

Entry fee is £10 a head, which includes the fish and chip supper, doors open 7.30pm for 8pm start.

The event is open to all and past Mayoral quizzes have proved very popular, so early booking is advised.

The evening is hosted by compere Chris Radford and there will also be a raffle with some fabulous prizes.
