Nantwich Town are facing a heavy schedule of fixtures in the next few weeks after recent postponements due to the weather.
The Dabbers’ latest game due to today at home to Warrington was called off two days ago due to the frozen pitch many grounds have suffered in the week-long Siberian temperatures.
Now they face a gruelling eight matches in 25 days between March 6 and 31, followed by another seven games in April.
They are scheduled to be in action this coming Tuesday March 6, at home to Matlock Town at the Weaver Stadium, kick off 7.45pm.
With forecasters predicting a small rise in temperatures, the club is hoping the pitch will be fit.
Other updated fixtures include next Saturday March 10 away at Buxton, kick off 3pm, and away again on Tuesday March 13 at Grantham, also 7.45pm kick off.
Other re-scheduled games after postponements include Saturday April 7, v Warrington Town (3pm), and Tuesday April 24, v Shaw Lane AFC (7.45pm).
