Allowances Cheshire East councillors receive from outside bodies should not have to be published on CEC website, two members have said.
The comments came at a meeting of the council’s corporate policy committee meeting on where councillors were discussing a review of the appointment to outside bodies.

Footfall in the ‘half demolished’ Crewe has increased by 36% but fallen by 5% in Knutsford, according to latest Cheshire East figures.
Figures show Crewe has increased footfall more than any other town, with Nantwich second with an increase of 26%.
Nantwich recorded the highest temperature in England on Sunday with a scorching 31.2C.
And temperatures are expected to peak even higher today (Monday) and tomorrow at up to 37 or 38C, prompting warnings from health experts.

Cheshire East have sent out letters to many Crewe residents asking them to REMOVE the large stones off the grass verges, in front of their homes, within a month, or they will be sent the bill to remove them.
