Wych-Malbank Rotary raises more than £7,000 for two charities

Wych-Malbank (Nantwich) Rotary Club has marked its seventh anniversary at a “Big Birthday Bash” at Richmond Village Nantwich.

And at the event it emerged big-hearted members had raised £7,640 for two local charities this year – St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice and The Nantwich Christie Hospital Support Group.

RSPCA Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre in Nantwich has hailed its first Cheese and Wine Evening as a big success after raising £2,150 for the centre’s work.

The event – supported by Falcon Wealth Management – brought together supporters for an evening of fine wine and cheese, music, raffle and auction at the centre on London Road.
