A festive charity album created by South Cheshire musicians has raised more than £400 for RSPCA’s Stapeley Grange wildlife centre.
Christmas Tails, released in November and on sale until the end of January, has raised an impressive £411.29 for the London Road centre, beating the total raised by a similar Christmas album in 2023.

She was on hand to sign copies of her new album Perimenopop to the delight of hundreds of fans who queued down Oat Market for the chance to meet her.
Pop sensation Sophie Ellis-Bextor is heading to Nantwich on Sunday (Sept 14) for a special album signing at the new Applestump Records store.
She will be at the store on Oat Markets between 5pm and 6pm, giving fans a chance to meet her in person and get their records signed.

Multi-award-winning British singer and actor Will Young will be performing at Crewe Lyceum as part of a UK tour later this year.
Young, who has released a new single today called “Falling Deep”, will be at the Lyceum on October 10.

South Cheshire based act “Fall in Green” have released their second experimental poetry album, Apocalypse of Clowns.
It was launched on World Poetry Day this week (March 23).
A former Miss England from Nantwich has released an EP after collaborating with Jose Feliciano and Irish group Clannad.
Natasha Hemmings, 23, hopes the release will launch her musical career while she completes her final year at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.
