Marking the 100th anniversary of World War 1, Birdsong at Crewe Lyceum is an incredibly poignant and touching production.
Adapted from Sebastian Faulks’ novel by Rachel Wagstaff, the play tells the story of ‘Stephen’, a young English soldier and his continuous search for ‘Isabelle’, the love of his life.
Peter Duncan, Edmund Wiseman and Emily Bowker head the cast of the 2015 national tour of Rachel Wagstaff’s stage play Birdsong when it comes to South Cheshire.
The show, adapted from the novel by Sebastian Faulks, will run at Crewe Lyceum from Tuesday June 16 to Saturday June 20.

To the delight of its fans, the smash hit musical ‘That’ll Be The Day’ returns to The Lyceum in Crewe later this month.
Well-known by theatre goers, ‘That’ll Be The Day’ has been described as the best rock and roll shown on the road, covering hits from the 50s, 60s and 70s.
The stage is set for the Crewe Lyceum Theatre’s first Wedding Fayre this weekend.
The venue will feature displays from leading wedding suppliers in Cheshire, two bridal fashion catwalk shows and a showcase ceremony in the theatre’s historic auditorium.
