LGBTQ+ hospice patients in Cheshire boosted by grant funding

Patients from the LGBTQ+ community who wish to access hospice care will receive better support after a grant of £22,000 from Cheshire Freemasons.

The grant, in partnership with Hospice UK, will benefit patients at St Luke’s Hospice in Winsford as well Hospice of The Good Shepherd in Backford and East Cheshire Hospice in Macclesfield.

South Cheshire businessmen set up Covid vaccination centre in Willaston

Two South Cheshire business friends have teamed up to open a second Covid vaccination centre.

Roger Morris, who runs Crewe Honda Centre motorcycle dealership, and pharmacy owner Raj Patel are opening the second centre at the Masonic Hall in Willaston.
