The new on-demand bus service ‘go-too’ is proving just the ticket for people in rural areas around Nantwich after clocking up its 10,000th passenger journey.
The service was launched 12 months ago in a bid to help reduce isolation in villages in a wide area south of Nantwich.
Cheshire Police officers are working with Crimestoppers to stage a series of roadshows aimed at tackling domestic abuse.
The series of “Our Door Is Open” roadshows are being held with partners from criminal justice and health, victim support and advocacy service.
Nantwich Library will be hosting the National Careers Service Roadshow this Thursday, November 21. The National Careers Service, based throughout Cheshire, is free and available to customers aged 18 or over, both employed or unemployed.
RedShift Radio has joined forces with organisers of the Nantwich Jazz, Blues and Music Festival to help promote this year’s event. The Crewe-based community station will be hosting a roadshow on the main stage in Nantwich town square on the Saturday and Monday.
