Comedian Paul Sinha was at his sparkling best as he crowned another night of hilarity at the Very Best in Stand Up in Nantwich.
Sinha was the finishing act of three funnymen who entertained a sell-out crowd at the Civic Hall.
His quick-fire act was full of energy, sharp observation and brilliant gags and punchlines.
Sinha left his job as a GP several years ago and has quickly become one of the top comedians on the UK comedy circuit.
He played Nantwich a few years ago, and was a hit then.
Combining some of his old material with fresh work was the perfect blend as the audience lapped up his every word.
And the crowd had been warmed up nicely before Sinha breezed on to the stage, thanks to Tudur Owen and Danny McLoughlin.
Welshman Owen opened the night and the likeable 47-year-old from Anglesey delivered a strong set.
The Holyhead lap dancing gag with its scaffold pole in the corner was one of several memorable gags.
And McLoughlin followed that up with his own brand of brilliant wit laced with sarcasm which hit home with the audience.
The night was compered expertly by Ray Peacock, linking the acts together with moments of magic and whole new take on the Jeremy Kyle Show!
Promoters Civic Comedy continue to deliver stunning shows for just £10 a ticket.
Last night was a sell-out, and November’s will be too, so don’t hang around in booking your place.
