Andy Small, 22, who was born with cerebral palsy, was inspired to get involved in wheelchair racing by the London Paralympics in 2012.

A box of ten-week-old kittens found dumped in a box in a garden, are being nursed back to health by RSPCA staff in Nantwich.

The tortoiseshell and black kittens – four females and one male – were found by a member of the public in a garden in Madeley, North Staffordshire.

Harrison Lunt, from Aston, was joined by his dad Ken for the walk from Newcastle across the country to Solway in Cumbria.
