A new mobile app designed to help teachers take class registers on the go, has been launched at Brine Leas School in Nantwich. The app, called ‘Reggie’ and designed by local company GSD Communications, was launched by 2008 Apprentice winner Lee McQueen and Nantwich MP Edward Timpson.
Brine Leas School in Nantwich is set to host around 250 primary school students from Crewe and Nantwich at its annual “Activity Day”. Children will take part in a wide range of activities, from kite-making to sweet making, science to technology.
Nantwich pupils have celebrating their GCSE results, with 99% of Brine Leas students achieving 5 or more GCSE’s at A* to C. A massive 32% achieved A or A*’s at the Audlem Road school, and 34 students achieved 10 or more A* or A’s.
Brine Leas High School students in Nantwich are celebrating a milestone today as the first cohort of A level results were released. Around 100 students at BL6 picked up their results as the first sixth form cohort in the school’s history.
