Home Secretary Priti Patel announced policing will receive up to £15.8 billion in 2021-22 – an increase of £636 million on last year.

Dr Mullan made the plea during a parliamentary debate on measures for the north of England.
Cheshire Police has unveiled its new “community policing” model with “dedicated officers and PCSOs” in 122 community areas.
