Malbank School bids for expansion to take in 120 more students

Malbank School and Sixth Form College in Nantwich is set to expand to cater for 120 extra students.
Cheshire East Council has given permission for the school on Welsh Row to expand, with work expected to begin later this year.
Welsh Row in Nantwich to close for five days
Welsh Row in Nantwich is to close for five days starting on May 28 for “structural patching work”, says Cheshire East highways.

Ahmed Talukdar, 48, of Lime Tree Avenue, Crewe, owned the popular Red Melon restaurant in Welsh Row before it closed in 2015.
